We are a team of Board Certified Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Counselor and Licensed ABA provider.
Our physicians are affiliated with Tufts Medicine and Lowell General Hospital. www.lowellgeneral.org
We have in house lab capabilities at both of our locations.
In addition to our providers, we have a team of dedicated nurses, billing specialists, and medical receptionists on staff.

Alyssa Simard, Care Manager

Alyssa is the behavioral health care manager working at Chelmsford/Dracut Pediatrics through Helios Behavioral Health. Patients identified for behavioral health services are triaged and assessed by her before moving through the Grow Well Center. She began working in this role in October of 2024, and prior to this, she worked at the Trial Court of the Commonwealth as a case specialist. In her role at the court, she worked closely with forensic psychologists and clinicians, and was a member of the district court’s mental health unit. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelors of Arts in psychology and criminology from Southern New Hampshire in December of 2022, and completed her Masters of Science in forensic psychology from Arizona State University in May 2025. While enrolled in SNHU, she was inducted in the national psychiatric honor society, Psi Chi, and she spearheaded a research team. She is a published researcher, with her most recent work recently published through the Wiley Journal of Applied Cognitive Psychology.
Clinical Interests:
For her undergraduate thesis, she researched the psychosocial spheres of power and manipulation; with a specific focus on cults, dictatorships and totalitarian regimes, as well as anthropological theories related to authority and social control. Her graduate research related to juvenile suspects and the prevalence of false confessions within the United States justice system. Through her position at Helios, she is also working with the BRANCH Research Initiative regarding an ongoing research project related to the collaborative care approach. She has presented research at numerous conferences, including CFHA and NEPA
Persoanl Interests:
Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading horror and fantasy novels, attempting to teach herself guitar (badly), hiking, trying not to kill plants, and spending every minute she can with her dogs.
