Integrated Behavioral Health Lead

Chelmsford & Dracut Pediatrics Grow Well Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our integrated pediatric behavioral health team as an integrated behavioral health team lead. We provide whole-child care supporting the physical, emotional, developmental,    and behavioral needs of children, adolescents and young adults.

This role includes both clinical care and leadership and supervisor responsibilities within our growing behavioral health program and collaborative care management, CoCM program.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical:

 • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults

 • Conduct culturally responsive assessments and develop treatment, crisis, and safety plans

 • Collaborate closely with pediatric providers in an integrated care model

 • Participate in CoCM case consultations and team huddles

 • Maintain compliant documentation in Epic.

• No after hours “on call” duties

 

Lead / Oversee:

• Provide clinical leadership and support best practices for pediatric behavioral health team     

   including psychotherapy, therapy and collaborative care services. 
• Responsible for onboarding, training and mentoring counselors and care managers (as applicable)
• Supervise care management and care coordination including using software programs to track,

  evaluate and set targets.

·Participate in quality improvement and strategic planning efforts

· Support workflow optimization and program development initiatives including meetings with the Grow Well Center director and practice director.

· Program management that includes outcomes and budgetary responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• 2yr+ Active, unrestricted, Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or PMHNP)
• Experience in pediatric integrated Behavioral Health and /or Collaborative Care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Pediatric & Family Counseling, or a related field
• Active Massachusetts license as PMHNP, LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW
• Experience and strong interest in pediatric behavioral health
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or program development experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with program leadership responsibilities
• Dedication to professional growth and lifelong learning
